Postgraduate Studies

 

Good night! Today I’m very excited to write about this topic, which is postgraduate studies. I’ve never really thought about it that much because I’ve studied different things and subjects along these years, so every time I think about keep studying, I just say ‘nah, I’m tired, just make it stop’ haha.

But actually, I want to keep learning things in the next few years! As they say: you never stop learning. So, when I think what I want to really learn in the future, immediately Public Policy comes to my head. 

I would like to deepen in the studies of Public Policy because I have always been interested in politics in general, tried to keep informed about the candidates of the country and how they want to do things to get this land greater. Also, I would like to work in state sector departments so these additional studies would give me an advantage to move forward in my professional career. And lastly, from my major degree I would like to participate in the creation of new public policy or new government laws.

I’d love to study abroad and live abroad because the future in Chile is not bright, and I want to know new places. One of the most important subjects I want to learn about is educative and work inclusion because I think this topic is what Chile lacks the most in terms of Public Policies.

But these studies may be expensive, so I plan to study part time while I work as a psychologist.

 My dream Job

While i was watching the video that the teacher put on her blog, the thing that most caught my attention was that a large part of the people who talk was not in their dream job, It was hardly anyone.  That makes me think what would be my dream job, and my mind split in two parts, one of them is the dream job i would like to have like a pyschologist (The major i am studying) and something else that my imagination say it would be fun to try. 

As a pyschologist i would really love to work in a school, being an educacional pyschologist working with kids and teenagers helping them in learning issues or mental health problems. And a dream job could be a interior designer that travels around the world getting to know all the styles that exist. This would be a fun job because you can visit a lot of places and learning about different cultures, and it can be a very well paid job, even with the expensive cost that involve the traveling.

In any of this job i would love to participate, and be happy, or can be both, who knows? the main thing i guess is be happy in what you do :)

 Hi everyone!

Today i want to talk about my favorite movie, "Sing Street".

The story of this movie happens in the 80's and follows the life of Conor, a boy that in order asking a girl to go out forms a rock band that go against the values of his catholic school. The name of the movie came from the name of the band that is Sing Street, that is also the name of the school.

I really enjoy this movie because touched topics like brotherhood, love, masculinity and most important, music. The soundtrack in this film is absolutely good, it has music from the 80's and original songs that blew my mind. My favorite is "a beautiful sea" that Conor sings to Raphina, the girl he wants to date, in the making of a musical video for the band. 

I really recomen this film because it has everything, drama, music, love, comedy and you have fun from the first minute to the last. It's a rollercoaster of emotion, and if you are fan of the music, specially of the decade of the 80's you will absolutely love it. 

 What i want to do after quarantine?

Well i think that the world will never be the same, we have to keep wearing mask and be careful with the contact with other people, but although that i will really like to party and dance in the disco, i think that i didn't do that when i had the chance in life pre-covid, and i really wish i could make that experience in the future.

Besides that i will really like to reunite with my friends, talk about a lot of stuff and just hug each other, because i think that physical contact is the think i miss the most

And finally i will really like to travel to another country or inside Chile, because i really want to live live the fullest.  

The best Holiday i had

My favorite holiday was in summer of 2015, i went with my father's family to Pucon and Villarica. We stay there about one week and a half and stayed in a beautiful house we rent in the forest. We visit so many places that are close to Pucon like Licanray or Huilo-Huilo where the views were amazing, specially the falls and lakes. I think that this vacation were the best because i didn't know anything of this place and was really exciting to discover all the incredible landscape that this place had. 

The memorie that always be with me is the view from the house we were renting, because you could see the Villarica volcano and it was marvelous. The must fun part for me was to travel with my family, that is very large jaja, and do things like swim on a lake or go to a terma that i never had done in my life. A country i would like to visit: South Korea

Hello everyone, in this post i will talk about the country i would like to visit

Lately i am really interested in Korean Culture, for that matter, i would really like to visit this amazing country. It's located in the south of the Korean peninsula and includes jeju islands, also is known for be one of the centers of technology worldwide and the amazing traditions and places to visit.

The thing that i really like to do if i go is visit the street markets in seoul, i am a huge fan of Korean food so it would be fun to taste the original and traditional meals that prepare in these markets. Although is a great and developed country i only like to visit as a tourist because of their conservative culture and  the stressful life in this big city that make a really hard style of life.

I really hope someday to know this incredible city and all their secrets.
